    I make something similar frequently but I add a jar of pasta sauce and serve it with spaghetti - gets compliments every single time! This a is great combo :)

    A great one pot meal for a cool winter night. Good enough all by itself. Of curse you could use it as as side along with a Prime Rib Roast.I will bring the wine.
