Another first for me. I've only ever roasted parsnips, potatoes and Brussels sprouts before! This was so good, I'll deffo make it again.

I make something similar frequently but I add a jar of pasta sauce and serve it with spaghetti - gets compliments every single time! This a is great combo :)
