Mayo Spreads

- Caesar Dressing shopping list
- 2 C. mayo shopping list
- 1 T. roasted garlic shopping list
- 1-½ tsp. minced garlic shopping list
- 1 T. anchovy paste (optional) shopping list
- 1 T. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 T. extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- ½ tsp. white miso paste shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. minced parsley shopping list
- Combine all ingredients for the dressing in a large bowl and blend well. Refrigerate until ready to use. Makes about 2 ½ cups shopping list

- Mix the mayonnaise, chipotles, cilantro, and lime juice until well blended. Allow shopping list

- Place garlic and oil in small baking dish; stir well. Bake at 300F for 30 min or until garlic is soft and golden. Cool to room temp. Place garlic, lemon juice, and worcestershire sauce in container of blender. Process until smooth. Add mayo and remaining ingredients, process until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. Makes 1 cup shopping list
