  • CUT CHILES IN GALF LENGTHWISE
  • DISCARD SEEDS AND STEMS
  • MIX MAYO AND CHEESE
  • STUFF CHILES WITH MIXTURE
  • ROLL EACH IN BEATEN EGG
  • ROLL IN CRUSHED CORN FLAKES
  • PLACE ON COOKIE SHEET
  • BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES
  • ENJOY

    I don't know if the cream cheese is part of the filling, along with the cheddar, or if it is not. Explain please.

    Mmmm ... I love making my own jalapeno poppers. But with corn flakes?!? This and a beer really is the breakfast of champions. =)
