Ingredients
  • 25 SMALL GREEN CHILES
  • 1 CUP GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 1 EGG, BEATEN
  • 1/2 CUP MAYO
  • 8 OZ. SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
  • CRUSHED CORN FLAKES (YOUR CHOICE)

Directions
  1. CUT CHILES IN GALF LENGTHWISE
  2. DISCARD SEEDS AND STEMS
  3. MIX MAYO AND CHEESE
  4. STUFF CHILES WITH MIXTURE
  5. ROLL EACH IN BEATEN EGG
  6. ROLL IN CRUSHED CORN FLAKES
  7. PLACE ON COOKIE SHEET
  8. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES
  9. ENJOY
