Best Ever Sauteed Mushrooms Recipe
These are great alone or on top of your favorite steak or burger. No matter how big of a pan I make there never seems to be enough.

Ingredients
  • 2 -16 oz. Pkgs. Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
  • 3 T Butter
  • 1/4 C Worstershire Sauce
  • 1/4 C Soy Sauce

Directions
  1. In medium-sized fry pan, over Medium Heat
  2. Add sliced mushrooms
  3. Add Butter, cut into pieces
  4. Add Worstershire
  5. Add Soy Sauce
  6. Stir together over medium heat 3-5 minutes
  7. Reduce heat to Low and cover, stirring occasionally
  8. Let simmer 20 minutes or until ready to serve and enjoy

Great Mushrooms-my husband makes these when we have steak! Sometimes he will add diced red onions to the mixture and it only makes it that much better!

I have never used soy sauce, but always add onion and garlic.

I'd want to jazz it up a bit with half a dozen whole cloves of garlic and one or two chopped green chillies.
