Easy Sunday Afternoon Chicken

My husband would eat this every day if he could. My family likes it with more of both the curry powder and the lemon juice. As is it's quite mild.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1/2 can water shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp curry powder shopping list
- 2 T lemon juice shopping list
- 1 cup cheddar, grated shopping list
- 1 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1 8 oz package stuffing mix shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350ยบ
- Lay chicken breasts in a 9x13" casserole dish
- Combine soup and water in a small bowl
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken
- Mix the remaining ingredients into the stuffing mix
- Spread the stuffing mix over the chicken.
- Bake 1 hour
- If the stuffing gets too brown, cover loosely with aluminum foil.
