These cookies are my all time favorite! Everything an oatmeal cookie should be...decadent, chewy and irrisistible!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 TB vanilla
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 cups oats

Directions
  1. cream oil and sugars with electric mixer.
  2. add eggs & vanilla
  3. stir in soda, salt & flour
  4. mix in oatmeal
  5. Bake by rounded spoonfuls @375 until light brown, about 7-10 minutes.
  6. Buy a bigger belt or elastic waist pants
