Velveeta Cheese Log

Great for Pot Lucks or Special Occasions.
Ingredients
- 1 medium Velveeta cheese - mild Mexican shopping list
- 1 small tub of soft cream cheese shopping list
- 1 small can - green chili peppers - drain real well shopping list
- 1 small can - chopped black olive - drain well shopping list
- Ritz crackers shopping list
How to make it
- Put Velveeta between 2 sheets of wax paper and roll ΒΌ " thick with a rolling pin.
- Spread the soft cream cheese on the Velveeta.
- Spread the chili pepper on the cheeses.
- Sprinkle the olives on the cheeses and peppers.
- Roll into a jelly-roll fashion, working the cheese off of the wax paper as you go.
- Place the end of the wax paper on saran wrap.
- Roll the log onto the saran wrap and seal for a smoother effect; close ends and refrigerate.
- Serve with Ritz crackers.

This sounds pretty as well as yummy. slicing it with thread would give you a sprial effect I think. I like. Thank you for hte post.
