This is a quick preparation dinner. The sherry is a nice offset to the fruitiness of the orange. Throw it in the oven when you get home. Get on the web and check for your next meal... hehehe.

HOW EASY WAS THIS!!!! I admit being a little skeptical that the rice would not come out right. I followed directions and EVERYTHING was perfect! I used boneless, skinless thighs for "more" flavor. A perfect,easy, one pot meal. Cheers, clark
