Orange - Sherry Chicken

- Cup of rice. Which ever makes your heart beat faster.... white, brown...etc. shopping list
- 1/4 Cup sherry shopping list
- 3/4 Cup of orange juice shopping list
- 1 Can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2 Pouch, Lipton Onion Soup Mix. shopping list
- Chicken: 4 to 6 Breast or Leg/thigh quarters (my preference) shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 lb of slice mushrooms shopping list
- seasons to taste. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Place rice in bottom of a baking dish
- Season the chicken to your taste, then place over the rice.
- Cover chicken with mushrooms
- Mix the orange juice, sherry, and mushroom soup and pour over the mushrooms and chicken.
- Sprinkle 1/2 the package of Lipton onion soup mix over this.
- Cover and bake at 350 F for 1hr 30 min.
- Uncover, bake for an additional 10 min.
