Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 C. pimento-stuffed olives
  • 1 C. pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1 C. giardiniera (Italian pickled vegetables)
  • 1/2 C. pepperoncini
  • 1/2 C. pickled onions
  • 2 T. capers
  • 2 clove garlic, large – minced
  • 1 1/2 T. oregano
  • 1 1/2 T. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c olive oil

Directions
  1. Drain all ingredients. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Allow to marinate for at least 24 hours before using. Mixture will keep for several months sealed in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
