This is a yummy different type of chesse ball. My friend Justlearningtocook gave me this recipe...A friend brought it
to a party she gave and said it was delicious....

Ingredients
- 1 8oz. softened cream cheese
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 Stick butter softened
- 1/4 Cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 Cup chopped nuts
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1 12oz. Mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Cream cheese, brown sugar, butter and vanilla together
- Stir in Chocolate chips and powdered sugar
- Refrigerate for 2 hours
- Roll into ball then roll in pecans and refrigerate for another hour
- Serve with any type of cookie or sweet bread

Hey zena, when you say softened...do you mean melted or just soft? Also what kind of nuts do you recommend? I am going to make this for a picnic on Sunday.

Zena, I had to come and comment again--Everyone--absolutely everyone loves this recipe! I have served it at 2 of my Pampered Chef shows and it is such a bit hit!! I found some chocolate tea biscuits that worked so well with it. Thank you again.
