Ingredients
  • 2 ounces fresh lemon verbena sprigs
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon thyme sprigs
  • 1 ounce fresh tarragon
  • 8 teaspoons honey

Directions
  1. Combine the lemon verbena, lemon thyme, and tarragon with 8 cups water in a large saucepan over high heat.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, cover, and remove from heat.
  3. Let steep for 45 minutes, strain, and stir in the honey.
  4. Cool and serve over ice.
  5. Or drink hot
