How to make it

  • Combine the lemon verbena, lemon thyme, and tarragon with 8 cups water in a large saucepan over high heat.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, cover, and remove from heat.
  • Let steep for 45 minutes, strain, and stir in the honey.
  • Cool and serve over ice.
  • Or drink hot
