Baked Shrimp with Marinated Artichoke Hearts

- 1 lb. large shrimp(25) shelled and deveined shopping list
- 2 (6 -7 oz) jars artichoke hearts drained-reserving 1/4c liquid and quarttered shopping list
- 2 lg. garlic cloves,thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/4c extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2Tbs. chopped fresh dill shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 475 Season shrimp with 1/4 tsp salt and toss together with artichoke hearts and reserved liquid,garlic,olive oil,1Tbs dill and salt and black pepper to taste in a 11/2 Qt. shallow baking dish. Marinate shrimp 20 mins at room temp,turning once or twice.
- Bake,covered tightly with foil,in middle of oven,stirring once halfway thru baking,until shrimp are just cooked thru,about 15 mins Serve hot or at room temp sprinkled with remaining Tbs. of dill.
