Ingredients
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 red onion chopped very very fine

Directions
  1. Pregare dressing in a large jar with a tight fitting lid.
  2. Add the oil, vinegar, sugar, ketchup, salt, worcestershire sauce, and onion.
  3. Shake until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Refrigerate and shake well before serving.

When I was making this, I tasted it and thought it would be too sweet. But, after it chilled, the tang of the vinegar came out. It was great! I had a scallion to use up, so I added that instead of red onion.


Yummy. Simple and delicious.
