How to make it

  • Preheat oven to temperature as instructed on pizza dough package
  • Remove frozen pizza dough from packaging
  • Using pastry brush, brush olive oil thinly over top of dough
  • Sprinkle parsley and tarragon evenly over top, not too much, just enough to add a little seasoning
  • Arrange pear slices symmetrically around top to cover thoroughly
  • Arrange crumbled gorgonzola cheese evenly over pears to cover
  • Sprinkle pinenuts evenly over cheese layer
  • Top with sheedded mozzarella evenly to cover all.
  • Place in oven for recommended time as per pizza dough instructions.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

    This sounds great. I have a similar recipe that uses pineapple rather than pear, but I may have to try this out!
