How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425
  • On stove top Heat up a 12in. saute pan with the butter till bubbly. (do not burn butter)
  • meanwhile in a large bowl. Mix eggs, milk, sugar, flour and salt till smooth using an electric mixer
  • Pour batter in to hot saute pan then place pan in oven bake for 25-30 minutes till edges are golden brown and pancake is puffy pancake will settle once removed from oven let rest for 5 minutes
  • slice and serve with real Maple Syrup, dollop of butter and top with fresh, or frozen/thawed blackberries, sliced strawberries and sliced bananas.................Enjoy
