Grilled Marinated Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

1-1/2 lbs Slamon Fillet

Marinade:

1/3 C Soy Sauce

1/3 C Brown Sugar

1/3 C Water

1/4 C Oil (Veg or Olive)

Directions

In small bowl, combine marinade ingredients, stir until dissolved.

Place Salmon in large resealable bag, with marinade and seal.

Turn fillet over to fully coat.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Turning occasionally to keep it coated.

Preheat Grill to medium heat.

Take a piece of foil, large enough to hold the fillet.

Spray foil with cooking spray, place salmon on foil.

Place salmon on foil on grill.

Grill 6-8 minutes per side, or until it easily flakes with fork.

Enjoy.
