How to make it

  • In small bowl, combine marinade ingredients, stir until dissolved.
  • Place Salmon in large resealable bag, with marinade and seal.
  • Turn fillet over to fully coat.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Turning occasionally to keep it coated.
  • Preheat Grill to medium heat.
  • Take a piece of foil, large enough to hold the fillet.
  • Spray foil with cooking spray, place salmon on foil.
  • Place salmon on foil on grill.
  • Grill 6-8 minutes per side, or until it easily flakes with fork.
  • Enjoy.

    Great recipe! I used it awhile back and added some spring onions/garlic in the marinade. It was great! I never would have thought to do the brow sugar. Thank you!
