How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. In medium skillet heat oil until hot then saute onion and garlic until tender. Stir in the smoked oysters, bread crumbs, cheese, wine and chopped stems; blend well. Fill each mushroom cap with oyster mixture. Place in 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Bake, 20 to 25 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Garnish with chopped pimento. Makes 8 to 12 servings.
