This cake is easy to make ,very moist and the frosting goes inside the cake so no need for frosting the usual way.It calls for a bundt cake pan but I don't have one so I always make it in a 9" x 13" pan and it turns out really well.You can use German... More

Sounds really good, but I have A question. I can not eat coconut I am allergic to it. so what other kinds of frosting do you suggest? Also does it have to be yellow cake mix? can i use choc cake with butter pecan frosting?
