Hoopin And Hollerin Roll Ups

- 2-8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2 small cans of chopped and drained black olives shopping list
- Several teaspoons of drained, minced jalapenos (jar) shopping list
- 8 flour burrito size tortillas shopping list
- salsa, medium hot shopping list
How to make it
- In bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, olives, and jalapenos
- Spread some of this mixture on each of the 8 flour tortillas
- Wrap or store in a covered container in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, if at all possible
- Remove from refrigerator
- Slice each roll-up into 1 inch slices and arrange on tray or platter
- Set bowl of salsa in the middle
