How to make it

  • In bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, olives, and jalapenos
  • Spread some of this mixture on each of the 8 flour tortillas
  • Wrap or store in a covered container in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, if at all possible
  • Remove from refrigerator
  • Slice each roll-up into 1 inch slices and arrange on tray or platter
  • Set bowl of salsa in the middle

    This looks really good...I could use fresh jalapenos, right? I could soften them by putting them on my gas burner and then finely dice them. Chopped pimento would taste and look good in these also! I'm bookmarking this...thanks!

    I love to make these things, though I leave out the olives (can't stand them) and use a whole jar of jalepenos. These were really popular with the boys at my old job.
