Jalapenos can cause some hoopin' and hollerin' after a bite, depending on how many the cook decides to add to the cream cheese and olives. A little different from other roll-ups.Serve as an appetizer with a big bowl of salsa.

I love to make these things, though I leave out the olives (can't stand them) and use a whole jar of jalepenos. These were really popular with the boys at my old job.

This looks really good...I could use fresh jalapenos, right? I could soften them by putting them on my gas burner and then finely dice them. Chopped pimento would taste and look good in these also! I'm bookmarking this...thanks!
