Pineapple Gooey Cake

- 1 package yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 8 tablespoons butter melted shopping list
- 8 ounce package cream cheese softened shopping list
- 20 ounce can crushed pineapple drained shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 8 tablespoons butter melted shopping list
- 16 ounce box powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine cake mix, egg and butter and mix well with electric mixer.
- Pat mixture into bottom of a lightly greased rectangular baking pan.
- In a large bowl beat the cream cheese and pineapple until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla and butter then beat together then add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Spread pineapple mixture over cake batter and bake 45 minutes.
- Serve with fresh whipped cream.
