Pineapple Muffins Recipe

	Zena824 / All my dishes 1 year, 11 months ago This muffin recipe is from the Taste Buds cookbook....I have not made these but they sound delicious. You can either make large muffins or tiny muffins. Prep:10m Cook:30m Servings:12	Zena824

Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup butter

2 Tablespoons sugar

1 large egg

1 can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, undrained (8 1/4 oz)

Directions

Stir together the flour, baking powder and salt.

Cream butter and sugar.

Beat in egg until blended.

Add flour and pineapple; stir only until moistened.

Turn into paper lined muffin tins.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Yield 12 large muffins or 24 to 36 tiny muffins.
