Pineapple Muffins

- 2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 1 can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, undrained (8 1/4 oz) shopping list
How to make it
- Stir together the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Beat in egg until blended.
- Add flour and pineapple; stir only until moistened.
- Turn into paper lined muffin tins.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Yield 12 large muffins or 24 to 36 tiny muffins.
