Ingredients
  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 1 cabbage, cut up
  • 1 onion - sliced
  • 2 large potatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 c water
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • flour
  • Crisco oil for browning chops

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Take a 9" x 13" casserole and layer the following: cabbage, sliced potatoes, and sliced onions.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of water, and salt/pepper to taste.
  4. Season and flour pork chops, brown both sides and put them on top of layers.
  5. You can also add the drippings from browning the pork chops too.
  6. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 1 hour.
