Lisas easy cheesey chicken enchiladas

- 12 lg flour tortillas shopping list
- 1 packet taco seasoning shopping list
- 1/4 c water shopping list
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- one can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 sm can green chiles, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup picante or salsa shopping list
- 2 tblsp veg oil shopping list
How to make it
- cut chicken into bite size pieces
- saute chicken with taco seasoning in oil and add water and saute until cooked through
- mix sour cream picante cream of chicken soup, and chiles together
- put 1/4 of the sour cream mixture in the bottom of a 9x 13 in baking pan
- assemble enchilads as follows: put 2/3 tbls of cheese on tortilla
- 2-3 tablsp of chicken
- roll tortilla up and place in pan seam side down
- continue until all tortillas are used up
- put remaing sauce on top and cover with cheese
- bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly around 45 minutes
- the amount inside tortills is a guesstimate!
