How to make it

  • p[reheat the Broiler. Melt 3 tablspoons of the butter in a large skillet over medium -lows heat.Add the green onion and mushroom and saute until the green onion becomes limp but not browned
  • Add the crabmeat,red bell pepper and sherry and turn the heat up a bit. Cook shaking theskillet(don't stir)unti lthe sherry is boiled away
  • Melt the remainingg3 tablespoons of butter rinto thecrabmeatmixtureand pileit on to the roundsoftoasted French bread on oven proof dishes.Run the plates under rthe broiler.about 5 inchesfrom the heat for 2-3 min or until the crabmeat sizzles
  • Garnish with the parsly and Cayenne
  • Enjoy.
