Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a small bowl, combine softened butter, salt, pepper, parsley, mayonnaise, mustard
  • Mix well
  • Spread about 1 tablespoon of mixture evenly over each ear of corn
  • Wrap tightly in heavy duty aluminum foil, seal well
  • Place on a jelly roll pan
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
  • If grilling, cook until desired doneness
  • May wrap the corn individually or in large foil pan, sealed with foil
  • May adjust the "spread". Can make with * Dijon * mustard, and add 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

    Wow! So much flavor! I ended up using a mustard called "One Mean Mustard" that is basically a slightly sweet mustard with chopped jalapenos in it. This was fantastic and thanks so much for the recipe! Added my pic too ;)
