Surprise Corn On The Cob

- 8 ears of corn, husked and cleaned shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise shopping list
- 1-2 tablespoons creole mustard shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, salt, pepper, parsley, mayonnaise, mustard
- Mix well
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of mixture evenly over each ear of corn
- Wrap tightly in heavy duty aluminum foil, seal well
- Place on a jelly roll pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
- If grilling, cook until desired doneness
- May wrap the corn individually or in large foil pan, sealed with foil
- May adjust the "spread". Can make with * Dijon * mustard, and add 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

Wow! So much flavor! I ended up using a mustard called "One Mean Mustard" that is basically a slightly sweet mustard with chopped jalapenos in it. This was fantastic and thanks so much for the recipe! Added my pic too ;)
