Baked Apples With Baileys Irish Cream

- 4 apples,cored shopping list
- 1Tbs walnuts or pecans,chopped shopping list
- 1Tbs golden or brown raisins shopping list
- 2Tbs sugar shopping list
- 1/2tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1-2Tbs butter or margarine(optional) shopping list
- 1/3 to 1/2 c Bailey's irish cream shopping list
How to make it
- After coring apples,peel off about 1" od the skin at the top of the apples. Place apples in a greased ,ovenproof dish. Combine the nuts ,raisins ,sugar and cinnamon and place a quarter of this mixture into the cavity of each apple.Dide butter or margarine into small pieces and place on each apple. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes,or until apples are somewhat tender,not mushy. Allow apples to cool for about 10 mins.before placing each on a serving plate and drizzling with Bailey's Irish Cream.
