Figs Blueberries And Hazelnuts Tart

- 1 pie crust, unbaked shopping list
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, unthawed shopping list
- 8 green or black fresh or preserved figs shopping list
- 1 cup quick-cooking or traditional oats shopping list
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp ground cardamom shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves shopping list
- 1 cup toasted and finely chopped hazelnuts shopping list
How to make it
- Prick bottom of pie crust, cover with foil and bake at 375ºF for 10 minutes. Discard foil and set aside.
- Arrange blueberries on top of the pie crust. Place halved figs over the blueberries.
- In a medium bowl mix the rest of the ingredients, except hazelnuts. Mix well and spread over the fruit in crust.
- Finish with chopped hazelnuts.
- Bake at 375ºF for 20 minutes or until top is nicely brown. Cover edges with foil if they brown too much.
