How to make it

  • Prick bottom of pie crust, cover with foil and bake at 375ºF for 10 minutes. Discard foil and set aside.
  • Arrange blueberries on top of the pie crust. Place halved figs over the blueberries.
  • In a medium bowl mix the rest of the ingredients, except hazelnuts. Mix well and spread over the fruit in crust.
  • Finish with chopped hazelnuts.
  • Bake at 375ºF for 20 minutes or until top is nicely brown. Cover edges with foil if they brown too much.
