How to make it

  • Heat oil in 12" skillet over medium high heat, until hot
  • Add chicken, sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally
  • Add vegetable and water; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, stirring frequently
  • Stir in all remaining ingredients, cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally
  • 4 1 1/2 C servings
