Microwave Cheese Sauce Recipe

	Chihuahua / All my dishes 1 year, 10 months ago Twenty-five years ago I bought my first microwave. With it ,came complimentary cooking classes. This cheese sauce is delicious and perfect poured over steamed cauliflower and broccoli. Quick and easy. Prep:3m Cook:5m Servings:5	Chihuahua

Ingredients

2 T. Butter

2 T. Flower

1 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 C. Milk

Directions

In microwave safe bowl melt butter on High 30 seconds.

Add flour. Whisk together.

Microwave on High 30 seconds.

Very slowly pour milk into flour mixture while whisking.

Heat in microwave 1 minute on High.

Stir with whisk and return to microwave one minute on High. (Do this until thick.)

Pour cheese in bowl and stir.

Microwave 30 seconds.

Enjoy!
