Ingredients

1 can of salmon

Saltine Crackers (about 1 sleeve or so)

3 T of water or milk

1 onion, diced

1 egg

2 T Ketchup

Salt

Pepper

*update-recently discovered this, I had no eggs so added some flour to the mixture and it still tasted good, just used as stick together agent*

Directions

Combine all ingredients above together then form into patties. I cook mine on my griddle. Cook on medium heat until well browned on both sides!

Mmmmmmmmmmmm....one of my favorites. I have never had them with ketchup but I bet it is awesome. I like to serve mine with fried potatoes, or potatoe patties or even mashed potatoes. Salmon patties are just great!!! LOL
