Ingredients
  • 2 cups apricot pulp
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • granulated sugar
  • 3 teas. lemon juice

Directions
  1. Apricot pulp is made by straining stewed apricots through a coarse strainer.
  2. Add sugar, cornstarch mixed with lemon juice and cook until stiff. Cool and pour into well sugared board.
  3. Allow to become firm. Cut into squares and coat over with granulated sugar.
