Antique Candy Sierra Delight

- 2 cups apricot pulp shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar shopping list
- granulated sugar shopping list
- 3 teas. lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Apricot pulp is made by straining stewed apricots through a coarse strainer.
- Add sugar, cornstarch mixed with lemon juice and cook until stiff. Cool and pour into well sugared board.
- Allow to become firm. Cut into squares and coat over with granulated sugar.
