How to make it

  • In a medium size bowl, mix *beaten eggs*, sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth
  • Pour into 6 three inch ramekins
  • Sprinkle each with a pinch of nutmeg
  • Place the cups in a glass baking dish filled halfway up with water
  • Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted in the center
  • When done, let cool completely
  • If you want to serve warm, serve before cooled completely
  • If you want to serve cold or chilled, after baked and cooled, cover with Saran Wrap and chill
  • This is so smooth and wonderful
