How to make it

  • Salt, pepper chicken breasts
  • Place ham on chicken breast, roll, wrap in bacon, secure with toothpicks
  • Dip rolled chicken breasts in flour, then
  • In skillet, brown the breasts in a little shortening, then remove and
  • set aside
  • In another pan, saute' onion and celery in the 2 tablespoons butter
  • Add the 2 tablespoons flour, salt pepper, and chicken broth
  • Add dash Tabasco and Worcestershire
  • Stir until mixture thickens
  • Add sherry and Parmesan
  • Place the browned breats in a shallow baking pan
  • Pour sauce over top
  • Sprinkle with paprika, bake at 375-400 degrees for about 45 minutes to an hour (or until browned)
  • Serve over wild rice, white rice, or mashed garlic potatoes
