Philly Burgers

- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce, divided shopping list
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard, divided shopping list
- 1 (2.8 ounce) can French fried onions, divided shopping list
- 1 pound lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes or 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced shopping list
- 4 hard or burger rolls shopping list
How to make it
- In bowl, combine 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 3 teaspoons mustard and half the can of onions (I crush up this half a can). Add beef and mix well.
- Shape into 4 patties. Broil or grill as desired.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine cream cheese, mushrooms, parsley, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
- Spread over burgers. Top with remaining onions. Grill or broil 30 seconds or until onions are heated.
- Serve on rolls.
