How to make it

  • In bowl, combine 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 3 teaspoons mustard and half the can of onions (I crush up this half a can). Add beef and mix well.
  • Shape into 4 patties. Broil or grill as desired.
  • Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine cream cheese, mushrooms, parsley, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
  • Spread over burgers. Top with remaining onions. Grill or broil 30 seconds or until onions are heated.
  • Serve on rolls.
