How to make it

  • Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  • Break cauliflower into florets of about equal size (about 6 cups)
  • Spread florets on baking sheet and toss with oil to coat.
  • Roast at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender-crisp.
  • Toss cauliflower on baking sheet to loosen. Sprinkle with onion and capers.
  • Roast 10 additional minutes . Transfer to 1 1/2 quart greased casserole.
  • Combine bread crumbs, cheese and black pepper. Sprinkle over top.
  • Broil 5 to 8 minutes or until top is browned. WATCH CAREFULLY!
  • Serve hot or at room temperature.

    I've had a similar dish but not with capers...but liking capers, I know it will be a great addition. Thanks for another great post!
