    Hello!
i was looking or an easy burger recipe n this sounds really good - just one problem: i don't have a grill :( can i pan-fry it instead? i'm always super conscious about uncooked meat so i'm worried because i want the meat (all the way inside the rounded patties) to be thoroughly-cooked too! can you help with that? thank u so extra, super, very, much :D will be checking back and waiting for your response!

I forgot to mention that I did not grill them but pan fried them instead. The cook time was the same. I added a touch of olive oil to the pan first.

This was my first time working with ground chicken and it was a good experience thanks to your recipe! You will never believe this but...I actually handled the meat with my own hands and mixed it up and formed the patties myself - big step! Anyway, the burgers are great - so flavorful and moist. Shared one with a guest and she said it tasted better than the turkey burger she often gets (and enjoys) from a local eatery. My beau was skeptical at first bu the enjoyed them too. Thank you so much, Lori!
