Ingredients
  • 1 pkg pudding included german chocolate cke mix (PLUS INGREDIENTS TO MAKE)
  • Topping:
  • 3 tbsp chopped pecans
  • 3 tbsp flaked coconut
  • 3 tbsp packed brown sugar

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 large muffin cups, set aside. Prepare topping: combine topping ingredients in small bowl until blended.
  2. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, reducing water by 1/4 cup. spoon into muffin cups, filling half full. Sprinkle toppinng evenly over top of muffins.
  3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. cool in pan on wire rack 5 minutes. remove from pan. Cool 10 minutes.
  4. Serve warm or cold

rather than the dry topping try using homemade coconut pecan frosting before baking and then on top before serving its fabulous!!!!! my family and customers love it
