German Chocolate Muffins

these jumbo muffins are more like cupcakes, but boy are they good
Ingredients
- 1 pkg pudding included german chocolate cke mix (PLUS INGREDIENTS TO MAKE) shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 3 tbsp chopped pecans shopping list
- 3 tbsp flaked coconut shopping list
- 3 tbsp packed brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 large muffin cups, set aside. Prepare topping: combine topping ingredients in small bowl until blended.
- Prepare cake mix according to package directions, reducing water by 1/4 cup. spoon into muffin cups, filling half full. Sprinkle toppinng evenly over top of muffins.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. cool in pan on wire rack 5 minutes. remove from pan. Cool 10 minutes.
- Serve warm or cold
