I love this smoothie. It's like a festive creamsicle in a glass - without the cream, sugar, food coloring... Carrot juice is what makes it extra tasty and extra healthy (note to people with kids: you can't taste the carrot juice!)

  • 1 banana (a frozen banana makes it more creamsicle-like)
  • 1/4c - 1/3c orange juice (or carrot or mango juice)
  • 1/4c - 1/3c carrot juice (or orange or mango juice)
  • 1/4c - 1/3c plain yogurt (or milk or milk substitute)
  • a generous dash of cinnamon

Directions
  1. All measures and ingredients are flexible, so make it how you like it.
  2. Blend everything in a blender and enjoy!
