This is a spicy and zesty dip to serve with pita breads or plain tortilla chips.

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup roasted red peppers, drained
  • 2/3 cup Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno peppers, well drained
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely diced

Directions
  1. In food processor, combine cream cheese, roasted red peppers, Pepper Jack cheese, garlic powder, cayenne, onion and jalapenos.
  2. Pulse until combined.
  3. Fold in green onions and celery for texture.
  4. Serve with chips, crackers, etc.
