Inferno Ridge Dip

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/3 cup roasted red peppers, drained shopping list
- 2/3 cup Pepper Jack cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- cayenne pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno peppers, well drained shopping list
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup celery, finely diced shopping list
How to make it
- In food processor, combine cream cheese, roasted red peppers, Pepper Jack cheese, garlic powder, cayenne, onion and jalapenos.
- Pulse until combined.
- Fold in green onions and celery for texture.
- Serve with chips, crackers, etc.
