Spaghetti Squash Patties

Leftover spaghetti squash turned into veggie patties.
Ingredients
- 1 cup forked spaghetti squash shopping list
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs shopping list
- garlic powder to taste shopping list
- red pepper flakes to taste shopping list
- 1/4 or more chopped green onions shopping list
- 1/4 or a little more parm cheese (or blend) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
How to make it
- Heat non-stick skillet w/ cooking spray on med heat
- Mix ingredients.
- Form into small patties.
- Cook on each side until crisp.
