Welcome Home Pie. (Pineapple)

Ingredients
- 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1-8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1-1/2 cups whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Rum flavoring (optional)
- Prepared graham cracker pie crust
Directions
- In large bowl, mix together milk,lemon juice, pineapple and pecans
- In another bowl, beat the whipping cream, adding sugar
- Continue to beat until stiff peaks form
- Fold the whipped cream into the pineapple-pecan mixture
- Pour into crust
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving
