How to make it

  • Melt butter in large skillet
  • Add onions and garlic; cook until delicately browned
  • Add beef and stir until red color disappers (you want marble size pieces)
  • Add seasonings
  • Add drained mushrooms
  • Add 1/2 cup of mushroom liquid blended with flour and soup
  • Stir together thoroughly
  • Cook slowly over medium low heat for 20 minutes
  • Just before serving add sour cream & parsley
  • Mix well and heat thru
  • Serve over noodles or rice
