sounds great - I make something (with out the frosting) but use the nestle mint chocolate chips they now have...people are always surprised by the nice twist! Great posting - and as with Lunasea - great idea for st. patty's day - a keeper I say!

Sounds very good to me. I am a big mint and chocolate combo fan. I am extremely drawn to the mint/green cream cheese filling. I bet it's really pretty to serve. I'm saving this to try - I bet it would be nice for St. Patty's Day...but... (whispering)...I'm going to make an early batch for me to see good they are. =)

    Great post - thanks!
