How to make it

  • Peel squash and cut in 1 in. cubes.
  • Toss with other ingredients.
  • Roast at 375 in preheated oven till soft and carmelized.

    What kind of baking dish do you use for this? It sounds awesome, but I think I need a new pan/pot/Pyrex for this. Would love to know your suggestions.
