How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Rinse tilapia fillets under cool water, and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Place fillets in baking dish.
  • Pour lemon juice over the fillets
  • Drizzle with butter on top.
  • Sprinkle with garlic, parsley and pepper.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes until flaky when pulled apart with a fork.
