Lemon Garlic Tilapia Recipe

These fillets are really very good with a lot of lemon juice and garlic. My family loves this dish served with garlic corn muffins, green beans with mushrooms and tiny pearl onions and just a little squirt of lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
- Rinse tilapia fillets under cool water, and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place fillets in baking dish.
- Pour lemon juice over the fillets
- Drizzle with butter on top.
- Sprinkle with garlic, parsley and pepper.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until flaky when pulled apart with a fork.
