Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup shredded cucumber
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 scalloins, finely chopped
- 1 tbls. sugar
- 1 tbls. white wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook time=chill time
- Combine all ingredients and chill for one hour
