Baked Pork Chops With Pineapple Recipe

Ingredients

4-5 pork chops

1Tbs vinegar

1/4tsp ginger

1 can (small)pineapple rings

2 onions(sliced)

1 pkg. instant brown gravy

Directions

Brown the chops and then brown the onions lightly. In a pot,make gravy following pkg. directions,add pineapple slices with juice,add ginger and vinegar. Let come to a boil and then simmer. about 5 mins. Pour fat off chops and add gravy mixture to pan and simmer about 20 mins. till chops are tender. Serve
