How to make it

  • Heat pan on med heat
  • when it's hot put sliced garlic in
  • stir garlic until it softens
  • season
  • add wine
  • stir
  • slowly add flour to make a roux
  • quickly add artichoke hearts
  • stir until heated through
  • add capers
  • serve piping hot with bread to mop up the yummy sauce
  • and with grated romano cheese on side
