Easy Semi-homemade Pierogies

- 1 box of large or jumbo size pasta shells shopping list
- 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 4 cups instant mashed potato flakes (plain or your favorite flavor) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- taco sauce (we like Ortega Medium) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pam (butter) the bottom and sides of a 9x13 baking sheet.
- Cook and drain shells as per package directions.
- Make potatoes as per package directions for 12 servings.
- Stuff each shells with a heaping tbsp. of potato.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350 until cheese is good and melted.
- Serve with taco sauce, marinara or whatever suits you!

Great idea! My son eats every pyrogy in every bag I buy, if I can make these, it will be much cheaper (and maybe the rest of us will get some!)
