Was cleaning out my fridge and came up with this one.... Haha.

Ingredients
  • 1 package premade crescent roll
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 lg. onion, sliced
  • 1 box fresh mushrooms, clean and sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. rose wine
  • 2 slices provolone cheese

Directions
  1. In large skillet, heat butter until bubbly. Saute onion, mushrooms, salt, and pepper for 5 minutes. Add wine and continue to saute until mushrooms are tender.
  2. Cut cheese into quarters.
  3. Roll out crescent roll into 8 triangles and fill with mushroom mix and slice of cheese then roll together pinching around until completely sealed.
  4. Place on ungreased baking sheet for 13 minutes @ 375 or until nicely browned. Serve with leftover mushrooms and onions.
